Starting a new business or transitioning to managing a new function are stressful activities.  There is much that you know you don’t know—and there’s much that you’re concerned others expect you to know.  “If I knew the questions I needed answering, I wouldn’t need the help”.  We’ve worked with dozens of business owners and any number of marketing executives providing them with guidance and mentoring as they transition into their new lives.  We really understand what you need: sometimes direct answers based upon content knowledge;  sometimes a source for a particular product or service;  sometimes a sounding board who’s not upset when you need to vent;  and sometimes a teacher who can show you how to….

Everyone always tells you, “You’ve got to make sure you maintain a clear dialog with your customers.”  “They” also remind you how important it is to have regular sessions at which your development and marketing staff clarify goals and requirements.
