Strategic Planning

Possibly you’re an established business that needs to look again at goals and priorities or maybe you’re an early-stage company looking to get your first outside investment or hire your first external staff. In either case, you’re going to need a “consistent set of decision rules for allocating scarce resources.” That’s a Strategic Plan.

It begins with articulating your Vision.

• Who are you?
• What do you think you could be?
• Who do you want to be?

And continues with identifying the prioritized Strategic Objectives required to achieve the Vision.

We can guide you through the planning process all the way to the operational plans that deliver the envisioned results — but it will be a joint effort. Our experience clearly indicates that without your direct and consistent involvement in all elements of the plan’s development, successful implementation is impossible. 

So our role will initially be to provide the framework for the Plan and for the processes required to get the plan completed.  As the Project Manager tasked with delivering the Plan, our expertise in the process and, possibly, the content area is balanced by deep experience in meeting facilitation and individual coaching.
